Get Found In Search Engines (For Website Owners)
If you own a website and talk about your product/service and Search Engine Optimise (SEO) your content primarily for people but secondarily to match peoples search queries then you will generally rank well in Wallabyup.
You can see your ranking score by clicking the "toggle workings" next to your score or selecting "Show All Ranking Workings" in the options.
However to rank well in
DuckDuckGo,
Bing, and Google you will need to have links from other websites (backlinks). When search results use these social backlinks to boost page rank then that's referred to as
social weighting.
Wallabyup uses less social weighting (what's popular) as a way of matching people's queries with website content.
Getting Found On Wallabyup
The way to being found on Wallabyup is via a link from a website that is currently in the database. The bot visits millions of web pages every week.
Alternatively you can email me a legit website link and I will add your home page to the database manually.
After your link is found, the WallabyupBot must flag your website as being Australian related (see below).
If your website is not in the database check your
site profile (specifically the invalid database table for reasons it might not be crawled).
